HARDWARE system (Traction Control)

GENERAL INFORMATION

The HARDWARE system (Traction Control System), system of automatic control and the prevention юза and a probuksovyvaniye, warns, irrespective of a condition of a paving and coupling of tires with darling a probuksovyvaniye of driving wheels.

This system watches frequency of rotation of all wheels and reduces engine capacity as soon as one of driving wheels starts to revolve. If necessary, the revolving driving wheel is braked. Regulation process by means of HARDWARE system is induced by a signaling device blinking. During process of regulation engine capacity (the sound of operation of the engine changes) decreases.

The HARDWARE system is made active, as soon as ignition joins.

• At the included ignition the signaling device burns.
• It will go out in some seconds after the system will carry out self-checking.
• The HARDWARE system is made active now and can at any speed of movement in a combination with the anti-blocking device of brake system ABS carry out the task.

The system is not efficient if:

• after ignition inclusion the signaling device does not light up;
• after ignition inclusion the signaling device will not go out;
• the signaling device constantly burns during movement;
• in the anti-blocking device to brake system ABS there is a malfunction.

In case of malfunction, probably, movement continuation. Stability of the car at movement can, depending on acceleration and a condition of a road surface, owing to a probuksovyvaniye of driving wheels to go down.

HARDWARE system shutdown

In special situations when the probuksovyvaniye of driving wheels is required, for example,

• movement with chains of antisliding or
• movement on deep snow or
• "rocking" in deep snow, happens expedient to disconnect HARDWARE system by means of the HARDWARE key:

Shutdown is displayed by burning of a signaling device of the HARDWARE.

• By repeated pressing the HARDWARE key or at each inclusion of ignition the system again joins.
