| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. The coil of ignition of a cylindrical form is attached by bolts to an internal surface of the left wing about the top fastening of a rack of a forward suspension bracket. On models 14 NV, 16 SV and 18 SV on an arm of the coil of ignition fasten the switchboard (see fig. An arrangement of the coil of ignition on models of 1,6 l).
| 2. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
| 3. Disconnect from the ignition coil the electric socket with wires of a low voltage (see fig. A detachment from the coil of ignition of the electric socket on model of 2,0 l).
|4. Keep in mind that on models with the amplifier of a steering one of bolts of fastening of the coil of ignition also fixes a tank arm with liquid for the amplifier of a steering.
| 5. Remove the ignition coil.
|On models with the cylindrical coil of ignition unscrew a nut and remove from the ignition coil a fixing clip.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. For check of the coil of ignition disconnect from it wires of a low voltage and high-voltage wires. Using an ohmmeter, check resistance of primary winding of the coil of ignition, connecting ohmmeter clips to contacts "+" or 15, and "–" or 1. Check сопротив a leniye of a secondary winding of the coil of ignition for what connect ohmmeter contacts to contact 4 and to one of contacts of primary winding of the coil of ignition. On models with the XEJ engine 20 resistance of windings of the coil of ignition should correspond to technical characteristics. On other models resistance of primary winding of the coil of ignition should be less than 1 Ohm, and resistance of a secondary winding should be in limits 4 000 – 12 000 Ohm.
| 2. If resistance of windings of the coil of ignition does not correspond to demanded values or there is a short circuit or break of a winding of the coil of ignition, it is necessary to replace the coil of ignition.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Do not mix the wires going to primary winding of the coil of ignition as polarity of the coil of ignition in this case will be changed. In this case the engine will work, but spark plugs will wear out much more intensively. Also start of the engine will be complicated and to be observed unstable operation of the engine.
| 2. At existence before a vvinchivaniye of bolts of fastening of the coil of ignition check that the condenser of suppression of hindrances is on a place.
