Removal

Arrangement of a bolt of fastening of a forward part of the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At existence remove caps, then weaken bolts of fastening of back wheels. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Remove back wheels.
2. On models with a being self-leveled back suspension bracket remove pressure in system, having let the air out via the valve in a luggage compartment.
3. On models with the catalyst unscrew, and remove the thermofilter of an exhaust system.
4. Measure length of the carving plug of a cable of the hand brake, acting of a regulator located on a back beam, then for weakening of a cable of the hand brake weaken a regulator nut.
5. Take a back part of a cable of the hand brake from an arm on the bottom and release it from fastening brackets.
6. For reduction of losses of brake liquid uncover a popolnitelny tank of brake system, close a tank mouth polyethylene and again screw a cover. It is necessary in order that the cover tightly closed a popolnitelny tank.
7. Disconnect brake hoses from brake tubes on the forward ends of longitudinal levers of a back suspension bracket. Close the hose and tube ends suitable jams.
8. At existence unscrew arms of ABS sensors and take electroconducting of sensors from arms on longitudinal levers of a back suspension bracket. Using a soft wire, adhere an ABS sensor arm to the car bottom.
9. Weaken nuts on the bolts, longitudinal levers of a back suspension bracket fixing a forward part to the car bottom (see drawing).
10. A jack through wooden whetstone support a back torsionny beam.
11. Unscrew the bolts, the fixing lower parts of shock-absorbers to longitudinal levers of a back suspension bracket, then smoothly lower a jack supporting a back torsionny beam.
12. Remove springs of a back suspension bracket.
13. Check reliability of support of a back beam, then unscrew nuts and take the bolts, fixing forward parts of longitudinal levers of a back suspension bracket to the car bottom.
14. Take knot of a back torsionny beam / longitudinal levers from under a back part of the car.
15. If necessary remove elements of brake system, fixing elements of a nave and the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
16. If necessary replace plugs of longitudinal levers of a back suspension bracket.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish all elements which were earlier removed from a back torsionny beam / longitudinal levers.
2. Establish a back beam on a jack under the car.
3. Lift a back beam and bolts fix forward parts of longitudinal levers to a car body. At this stage do not tighten a nut on bolts the demanded moment.
4. Establish springs of a back suspension bracket.
5. Lift back parts of longitudinal levers of a back suspension bracket and bolts screw on them the lower parts амортизато a ditch. Tighten the demanded moment bolts of fastening of shock-absorbers. Take a jack from under a beam of a back suspension bracket.
6. At existence establish arms of ABS sensors and fix an electricity cable ку in arms on longitudinal levers of a back suspension bracket.
7. Take jams from brake hoses and tubes and connect them.
8. Insert a cable of the hand brake into an arm on the bottom of the car and fix a cable brackets.
9. Screw a nut of a regulator of a cable of the hand brake on the carving plug for the same length, as before removal.
10. On models with the catalyst establish the thermofilter of final system.
11. Establish back wheels, then lower the car on the earth and tighten bolts of fastening of wheels the demanded moment.
12. On models with a being self-leveled back suspension bracket increase in system pressure to 0,8 bar.
13. Establish the car on an equal horizontal platform, then arrange cargo in weight of 70 kg on each forward sitting and shake the car in order that all elements of a back suspension bracket rose on the places.
14. Working under the car, an okonchatel but tighten nuts on the bolts, longitudinal levers of a back suspension bracket fixing forward parts to the car bottom.
15. Check adjustment of the hand brake, then remove polyethylene from under a cover of a popolnitelny tank and pump over brake system.
