Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken bolts of fastening of a back wheel, then lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Remove the corresponding back wheel.
2. Working under the car, remove a bracket and take a brake tube from an arm on the diagonal lever. Keep in mind that on a bracket the ABS sensor wire is also fixed.
3. Support a jack a back cross-section beam and unscrew two bolts, fixing it.
4. Disconnect a cable of the hand brake and returnable springs from control levers of the hand brake.
5. Remove a cable of the hand brake from arms on diagonal levers.
6. Unscrew a nut and disconnect a tip of the stabilizer of cross-section stability from the diagonal lever. Remove a rubber pillow and the rasporny plug.
7. Support the diagonal lever a jack and unscrew a bolt, fixing the lower part of the shock-absorber to diagonalno му to the lever.
8. Being careful, lower a jack and remove a spring and the spring buffer. Note spring orientation. After removal of a spring take from under the car a jack.
9. Check that all hoses, pipes, and electroconducting do not stir a cable to removal of the diagonal lever.
10. Unscrew two самоконтрящиеся nuts and take the bolts, fixing a forward part of the diagonal lever to a forward cross-section beam, then take the diagonal lever from under the car.
11. Replacement of plugs of the diagonal lever can be made by means of a bolt, a nut, a washer of big diameter and a tubular opravka of the corresponding diameter. For simplification of extraction of old plugs cut off coming-out ends of plugs. At installation of new plugs moisten them with soap water.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a forward part of the diagonal lever in an arm of a forward cross-section beam.
2. Insert bolts of fastening of the diagonal lever and fix their new самоконтрящимися nuts. Do not tighten finally a nut at this stage. Keep in mind that heads of bolts should be directed to each other.
3. Support the diagonal lever a jack, then establish a spring and bufer of a spring.
4. Being careful, lift a jack so that it was possible to insert a bolt of the bottom fastening амортизато ра. Tighten a fastening bolt амортизато ра the demanded moment, then clean a jack.
5. Establish a rubber pillow and the rasporny plug and connect a tip of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to the diagonal lever. Tighten a nut of fastening the demanded moment.
6. Establish a cable of the hand brake in an arm on the diagonal lever and connect the end of a cable and a returnable spring to a control lever of the hand brake. Check adjustment of a cable of the hand brake.
7. Establish a support and an ABS sensor arm on a brake board and fix bolts, having tightened them the demanded moment.
8. Establish a brake tube in an arm on the diagonal lever and fix a bracket.
9. Establish a wheel, then lower the car on the earth. Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the demanded moment.
10. Release the hand brake and shake a back part of the car in order that all elements of a back suspension bracket were established on the places.
11. Establish on forward sitting cargo in weight on 70 kg. Working under the car, tighten nuts of fastening of the diagonal lever the demanded moment. Thus hold a bolt from a provorachivaniye a wrench.
