Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The cable of an accelerator acts in film similarly, as well as on models with the carburetor taking into account the next moments.
2. The air chamber is available not on all models.
3. The carburetor it is necessary to understand the case of a throttle as a word and to pay attention that the arm of a cable of an accelerator fastens bolts to an inlet collector.
4. The end of a cable of an accelerator can incorporate to the spherical hinge on the lever of a butterfly valve which is fixed by a bracket (see fig. Removal of a cable of an accelerator from the butterfly valve lever).
5. At existence remove the air chamber.
6. At existence, using flat-nose pliers, take the spring bracket, fixing the spherical hinge of a cable of an accelerator to draft of a butterfly valve. Using a screw-driver edge, remove the end of a cable of an accelerator from draft.
7. Take a bracket of fastening and remove a sealing ring of a cover of a cable of an accelerator from an arm (see fig. Removal of a sealing ring of a cover of a cable of an accelerator from an arm on an inlet collector).
8. Working in car salon, remove the furnish panel in deepening for feet of the driver.
9. Remove an accelerator cable from the top part of a pedal of an accelerator for what delay back a spring and, using a screw-driver edge, take a cable from a groove of a pedal of an accelerator.
10. Using an edge of a thin screw-driver, take a sealing ring of a cable of an accelerator from a partition of a motor compartment. Adhere by the cable end акселерато ра a long strong cord.
11. Take an accelerator cable through a partition in a motor compartment. Untie from an accelerator cable a cord, leaving it in a partition of a motor compartment.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal taking into account the next moments:

– using a thin cord, tighten an accelerator cable through a partition of a motor compartment;
– establish a sealing ring of a cable of an accelerator in a partition of a motor compartment;
– connect an accelerator cable to draft of a butterfly valve and a pedal of an akseler a Torah;
– check work of a butterfly valve and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check height of installation of a pedal of an accelerator. The height of installation of a pedal of an accelerator can be changed, turning the persistent screw of a pedal. For access to the persistent screw of a pedal of an accelerator it is necessary to remove the bottom furnish in a niche for feet of the driver. The height of installation of a pedal of an accelerator should be such that by pressing of a pedal of an accelerator against the stop the butterfly valve completely opened.
2. In a motor compartment check, that axes of rotary drafts and spherical hinges were not worn-out and easily moved. At completely closed butterfly valve and an accelerator pedal in a starting position, the deflection of a cable of an accelerator should be insignificant.
3. For carrying out adjustment take a bracket, fixing a sealing ring of a cover of a cable of an accelerator in kronshty not and move a cover of a cable of an accelerator on the demanded distance.
4. Press an accelerator pedal against the stop and check that the butterfly valve is completely open. If it is not enough pedal course for complete opening of a butterfly valve, rotating the persistent screw, raise a pedal of an accelerator and repeatedly check adjustment of a cable of an accelerator.
5. After carrying out adjustment of a cable of an accelerator establish all earlier removed elements.
