7.32. Throttle case (Multec system)

Removal

Case of a throttle of system of injection of Multec fuel

A–nuts of fastening of the case of a throttle;

B–screws of fastening of the top part of the case of a throttle to the bottom


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pressure in fuel system.
2. Remove the heater block.
3. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
4. Disconnect electric sockets from a fuel nozzle (squeeze out condense a telny ring of a rubber cover), from the step-by-step engine of management of supply of air on turns of idling and from a potentiometer.
5. Mark and disconnect fuel hoses. Close the ends of hoses suitable jams.
6. Disconnect vacuum tubes and hoses from the throttle case.
7. Disconnect draft of management of a butterfly valve from the throttle case.
8. Unscrew two nuts and remove the throttle case from an inlet collector. Remove laying of the case of a throttle (see fig. Case of a throttle of system of injection of Multec fuel).
9. If necessary unscrew two screws and remove the top part of the case of a throttle. At installation of the top part it is necessary to use new laying. Also if necessary unscrew unions топливопроводов, but at them установ ке use new sealing rings.

Installation

D–returnable fuel hose

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal taking into account the next moments (see fig. Adjustment of temperature of air arriving in the engine on system of injection of Multec fuel):

– at installation use new laying and sealing rings, and also on carving connections put the means interfering their unscrewing;
– check work and, if necessary, adjust an accelerator cable;
– check correctness of connection of vacuum hoses and tubes;
– because there is no catcher паров fuels, it is important, that the vacuum hose of the sensor of pressure in a collector settled down horizontally on an extent from the sensor to the throttle case. Hit of drops of fuel from the sensor or a hose to the inlet canal of the engine is thus prevented;
– check correctness of connection of fuel hoses. The hose of supply of fuel settles down from a fuel nozzle;
– include ignition and check existence of leakages of fuel. In the presence of leaks eliminate them before engine start.
